Corporate wellbeing platform

When your employees thrive, your business follows

What we offer

We connect our clients or their employees with qualified specialists to receive online consultations via the Empatia platform or mobile application, provided they have internet access.

Psychologist

Psychological support helps employees enhance their quality of life, resolve conflicts, and build stronger relationships, both at work and at home. Greater self-awareness and emotional resilience lead to improved performance in all areas of life.

Fitness coach

Fitness consultations help tailor physical activity to each individual’s health and goals, offering personalised training plans and real-time guidance on technique and motivation. Ideal for anyone looking to improve fitness, lose weight, or build strength.

Lawyer

Legal consultations help individuals understand their rights, prepare and review documents, and stay compliant with current regulations. Whether it’s about taxes, contracts, or reporting to authorities, a lawyer’s guidance provides clarity and peace of mind in complex legal matters.

Financial Advisor

Financial consultations empower people to take control of their finances, build healthy habits, and plan confidently for the future. From managing income and expenses to improving financial literacy, an expert advisor helps turn uncertainty into clear, achievable goals.

  • One in-house psychologist cannot effectively support a large team.
  • A single specialism (such as addiction or family issues) cannot address the diverse needs of all employees.
  • There is no clear way to supervise or evaluate their work, or to monitor what is discussed during sessions.
  • Success depends not only on qualifications but also on cultural and personal fit.

  • Employees may not fully trust that their conversations will remain confidential from management.

No. All emotional issues are valid. However, we do not provide medical services. If medical assistance is required, our psychologists will recommend seeking it elsewhere.

We don’t request any access to your employees’ personal data.
Together with the employer, we agree on an identifier familiar to the employee, such as a personnel number, work email, or unique code, that they use to register on the platform.

Each employee registers independently and agrees to the platform’s user terms during this process.
This means employees provide their personal data consent to Empatia directly and voluntarily.

  • Engagement data by team and company
  • Number of consultations and topic distribution
  • Anonymous insights into employee concerns
  • Programme satisfaction feedback through ratings and reviews

We always provide an onboarding package at launch, including an introductory webinar, printed materials (posters and brochures), and a video suitable for sharing on internal platforms.

We collaborate with the employer to develop a communication plan tailored to your internal channels. This may include articles and helpful resources for your intranet, expert interviews, and self-assessment tools.

Throughout the programme, expert-led webinars on relevant topics can be arranged, often included as part of the service. These sessions help raise awareness and engagement, encouraging more employees to use the platform.

Yes, family members can use the programme if needed. They access it through the employee’s account, as Empatia only stores identifiers linked to employees. In our experience, this option is rarely misused.

On the contrary, when family members face challenges, it often affects the employee’s wellbeing and productivity. Supporting them means supporting your team.
