Empatia at The Corporate Wellbeing Expo: Wellbeing as a System of Employee Support
3–4 March 2026, London Olympia
We participated in The Corporate Wellbeing Expo, a dedicated event focused on corporate wellbeing, mental health, employee engagement, and modern solutions for HR teams.
For us, the event was an important opportunity to present Empatia’s approach to employee care: not as a one-time initiative, but as an ongoing support system that helps people navigate both professional and personal challenges. At the expo, we spoke about how companies can make wellbeing more accessible, measurable, and integrated into everyday workplace culture.
It was especially valuable to see how actively businesses are looking for practical ways to support their teams. Key conversations centered around mental health, burnout prevention, employee retention, internal communication, and the role of leadership in creating a healthier work environment.
We were glad to connect with HR professionals, team leaders, and company representatives who are already rethinking the way employee wellbeing is approached. These conversations confirmed what we strongly believe: corporate wellbeing is no longer just an additional benefit — it is becoming an essential part of sustainable business growth.
Our participation in The Corporate Wellbeing Expo inspired us to continue developing Empatia as a platform that helps companies care for their people in a comprehensive way — through psychological, legal, financial, and lifestyle support.
Thank you to everyone who met with us, shared their questions, and exchanged ideas. We return with new insights and an even stronger belief that caring for employees is an investment in stronger, more engaged, and more resilient teams.
