Empatia at the Wellbeing at Work Europe Summit: Building Healthier and More Resilient Workplaces

21 May 2026, Amsterdam

We participated in the Wellbeing at Work Europe Summit, an event bringing together leaders, HR professionals, wellbeing experts, and organizations focused on creating healthier, more supportive, and more resilient workplaces.

For Empatia, the summit was a valuable opportunity to join important conversations about the future of employee wellbeing. We shared our perspective on wellbeing as a continuous support system — one that helps employees not only in moments of crisis, but also in their everyday professional and personal lives.

Throughout the event, we explored how companies across Europe are approaching mental health, burnout prevention, employee engagement, leadership support, and organizational culture. It was inspiring to see that wellbeing is increasingly being treated as a strategic priority, directly connected to productivity, retention, and long-term business sustainability.

We were especially glad to connect with HR leaders, decision-makers, and wellbeing professionals who are looking for practical and scalable ways to support their teams. These conversations reinforced our belief that effective wellbeing programs should be accessible, confidential, personalized, and easy to integrate into the employee experience.

Our participation in the Wellbeing at Work Europe Summit gave us new insights and strengthened our commitment to developing Empatia as a platform that supports employees holistically — through psychological, legal, financial, and lifestyle guidance.

We are grateful to everyone we met at the summit for the thoughtful discussions, questions, and exchange of ideas. Events like this remind us that the future of work depends not only on performance, but also on how well organizations care for the people behind it.
